You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from all MyBrazilianCoffee sites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the 'Materials'). MyBrazilianCoffee may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.

Billing Information: With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, MyBrazilianCoffee employees, or customer service representatives.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, MyBrazilianCoffee will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify MyBrazilianCoffee right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for the Club or other club and non-club products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price. On any order that is returned, you will receive a merchandise credit (up to $25), which you may apply toward the purchase of any MyBrazilianCoffee product or merchandise for yourself or others. For returns valued at more than $25, you will receive a $25 MyBrazilianCoffee merchandise credit for the first $25 of the return amount, and the balance of the return value will be credited directly to your credit card.

For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, MyBrazilianCoffee will re-ship at no charge to customers.

Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of MyBrazilianCoffee.

Shipment Arrival Time: Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. UPS Overnight and 2-Day Express Delivery are available for an additional surcharge. If you would like to choose one of these shipping options, please specify your preferred shipping method at time of checkout, and your shipping cost will be adjusted. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. If we incur increased costs for shipping and processing to certain addresses, an additional surcharge may be assessed. P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are assessed an additional $4 shipping charge ($8 for packages weighing more than 10 lbs.). Currently, we do not ship internationally.
